NOOR COSMETICS, a local brand from Cebu that deals in lipsticks that will give you a pretty great start. The brand claims to have cruelty-free and paraben-free products made for all beauty junkies!
So they sent me a package consisting of different kinds of lip products - cushion lipsticks, matte liquid lipsticks, and gel tints. I decided to publish a review of each set separately so y'all could check every detail of each set better.
The cushion lipsticks are very pigmented, semi-matte (kinda creamy, no need to worry if you have chapped lips because it provides a moisturizing effect while adding a pop of color to your lips!), lightweight, and very budget-friendly!
Also, the packaging and the shades are sooo good! Perfect for every skin tone. They made sure to provide shades that will match your skin color - whether you have beautiful morena skin or rosy white skin, no worries! You have a lot of options to choose from. Awesome, right? Definitely must-haves!
Before they sent me the package, they let me choose the right shades that would excellently match my skin tone and my liking. Overall, this collection is 10/10. Superb quality, packaging, and branding! I recommend these products to those who want to achieve a glam look without spending so much money.
